Tim has designed this 75-90 minute hallmark presentation specifically for the college student. The presentation begins with clips from popular film which highlights the prevalence of sports gambling in the United States and leads into the differences and similarities between betting on sports and other gambling opportunities.
Tim uses personal examples from his own life, stories from student gamblers, and inside information from bookmakers to explain why students become involved with sports gambling and how their participation can progress to dangerous levels.
This presentation describes the continuum or slippery slope of sport gambling involvement and provides a list of warning signs indicating unsafe levels of participation, while also detailing the gambling policies of that institution and state and federal gambling laws.
